Role

A new opportunity has arisen for an Administrative/sales
Support candidate to join the ever evolving Inside sales
Software licensing team. This candidate will be
responsible for supporting the Sales & Sales specialists
in different domains but also proactively respond to
customers’ requests.

 

Knowledge & Key Skills

  • 1-2 years professional experience
  • Experience of relevant business systems e.g. SAP
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail , ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information
  • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Plans & organises own workload
  • Proven experience of high standards of customer service
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English

Requirements

  • Managing & maintaining renewal business cross vendors
  • Preparing SW quotes for different SW vendors
  • Ensuring new license and maintenance renewal orders are placed within customer specific SLA
  • Monitoring and managing customer orders to ensure delivery within customer specific SLA
  • Issuing customer reports as required
  • Gathering product & licensing knowledge multi-vendor
  • Ensure some specific vendor certifications and create good vendor relationships
  • Work independently within the SW license team and take ownership
