Procurement Service Desk consultant - Anankei


For our customer in the telecom sector, we are looking for an admin support profile (medior level).

What are your responsibilities?

You will support the team leader of the Service Desk:
- Solve structural issues in Ariba/SAP
- Initiate workload reduction initiatives
- Improve work quality
- Identify and realize automation opportunities

You will support Procurement Service Desk in their daily activities: introducing goods receipts, changing PO’s…

Required Responsibilities:
- Improve the ticket handling time
- Reduce the number of tickets
- 80% supplier invoices via Ariba (20% now)
- Write requirements for ticket system for suppliers (does not exist yet)


We are looking for the following profile:

Degree & Experience:

- Higher Technical Education or equivalent through experience
- Experience with Customer Service Management is a plus

Technical skills:

Basic technical knowledge as acquired during higher education
Proven experience with procurement processes in Ariba and SAP
