Job Description :

To reinforce our Ashfield Recruitment team, we are seeking highly motivated candidates to fill the position of Recruitment Trainee. We are looking for a curious, humorous, passionate personality with a specific interest in Recruitment and Selection. If you have the right people and communication skills, the necessary commercial attitude to achieve your personal, and Ashfield’s objectives, and you are currently a Bachelor/Master student than do not hesitate to apply!


  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy

  • Screen and analyze incoming CV’s from applicants (Junior and Senior profiles)

  • Phone screening interviews with potential candidates

  • Post vacancies in a range of media, for example our Website, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

  • Using social media to advertise positions and attract candidates

  • Participating in interviews

  • Summarizing and analyzing skills of potential candidates



  • Currently a Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources/Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Communication

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English

  • Interest in the pharma industry

  • Positive drive and a “can-do” attitude

  • Strong communication skills
