Incident Specialist IT - Anankei


The Major Incident Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of all major IT incidents.
The role and responsibilities are extremely varied and include the following :

- Restore the service as quick as possible
- Coordination of the taskforce/crisis situation on major incidents.
- Steer the remediation of major outages bringing the right expertise internal or external
- Providing a correct status on the current overall production of the application landscape
- Analyzing business impact on major incidents using monitoring tools (dynatrace) and validating with main stakeholders
- Ensures actions are taken to avoid re-occurrence of the incident
- Making sure of appropriate communication towards main stakeholders at different levels
- Ensuring all administration and reports are maintained and up-to-date in ITSM tools (Service Now)


Technical skills / soft skills:

- Good Knowledge on ITIL process in general
- Must be able to work under high pressure
- Must have An analytical methodical mind
- A Good communicator
- Problem solver
- Collaborative mindset keeping the ability to challenge peers and experts

Business context:

- English good spoken and written skills
- French Native + Dutch good OR Dutch Native + French Good
- Able to speak in front of stakeholders
