As a SAP Order-to-cash functional lead, you will join our team of highly experienced Application Management Services (AMS) SAP professionals, servicing a client who has entrusted Deloitte with the management of its SAP landscape through on-site and offshore support.
You will lead a team of offshore OTC support specialist, organizing the work schedule based on predefined priorities. You will be the interface to the customer analysts to validate and design functional solutions based on specific business requirements. You will ensure change processes are followed end to end and safeguard proper documentation and testing of the newly designed functionalities.
- You have experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), CS (Customer Service), ARM (Advance Return Management).
- You know how to build long-term client relationships and establish trust.
- You are recognized for your AMS expertise and are familiar with standard ITIL processes (certification is a plus).
- You are a team player with strong communication skills.
- You are open to work in an international environment.
- You have a university degree or the equivalent by experience.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
