As an International key account manager, you are required to have outstanding sales & supervision skills and interpersonal skills within the international environment. You will be driving International business development through a team of account managers in the Belux
You will be responsible for providing pre & post-sales, operational & administrative support, as well as, international coordination and project management to all International accounts through the Ricoh group global opco structure.
Next to the challenge of seeking new customers you will also be in charge of the follow-up and renewal of existing contracts with our existing customers. You will establish strong relationships with the Headquarters of each selected account and Ricoh operating company.
You’ll be the key stakeholder and core link between Ricoh Operating companies and international clients you will attend any international meetings mainly in the in BE, LU and our EMEA HQ in the UK
You will be reporting to the International business manager and will work coherently with all relevant departments.
A sales consultancy profile comfortable with targets and keen on challenges in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
You are a dynamic and assertive person, comfortable with C level face to face client interactions and you’re able to listen/comprehend your customers. Ability to comprehend complex businesses structures and contracts and create arguments/proposals in line with the customer needs. Strong Negotiation skills are a must.
You’re well-structured and able to manage different projects in parallel, setting the right priorities and organising your time management.
You are a team player, but you can work independently and proactively.
You’re based in Belgium and you have the ability to have short trips abroad.
- Minimum bachelor degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an “international environment” is a plus
