We are looking for an experienced Service Desk officer at the headquarters in Brussels.
You will be part of a talented team of 6 experienced helpdesk employees.
You will report to the SD Team Lead.
As part of the L2 support team you will be working on issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 support in following domains:
- Azure AD
- Responsible for configuration and installation of network equipment (switches, router, AP)
- Work closely with senior members of the DevOps and System Engineering teams.
- Create documentation of technical support issues and their resolutions using the available tools.
- Provide L1 support (as needed for backup instances)
We are looking for:
- 2+ years experience as a L2 support
- ITIL Certified
- Good knowledge of the required domains
- Knowledge of design related software e.g. AutoCAD is a surplus
- Perfect communictaion in French and Dutch is mandatory
