As IT Service Desk Agent, you provide technical IT support to our internal customers on their IT infrastructure and software. This includes the local network infrastructure, local servers, workstations and peripherals together with a variety of software packages.
You participate in defining and documenting operational support procedures and reporting. In addition, you will be accountable to implement the best practices of IT Service Management within the IT Service Desk. You will report to the IT Group Coordinator.


• Offering support to employees on a day-to-day basis with their IT-related issues or service requests
• Ensure proper escalation to other team members or external partners when needed
• Support the Office 365 landscape (MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, …)
• Manage and monitor the network infrastructure (Patching, Switching, Wi-Fi)
• Creation, Monitoring and restoration of Document Backups
• Manage and optimize the Windows Server infrastructure (Maintenance of GPO, Active Directory, …)
• Install and configure endpoints, operating systems and applications
• Troubleshooting of IT hardware incidents and manage the IT purchasing process for material
• Creating, reviewing, and keeping documentation up to date (both for internal usage and end-user manuals)
• Report on a timely basis on the service desk level of quality



• Bachelor in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• ITIL-certified
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 10/11 and Microsoft O365
• Staging tool knowledge is a plus (MS Intune)
• Networking: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP telephony
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Pro-active and autonomous
• Strong communication and advisory skills in Dutch (English is a plus)
